packet frozen puff pastry sheets
couple of sweet potatoes
handful frozen peas, thawed
1 onion, chopped
curry spices

Defrost the pastry, Boil the sweet potatoes until tender but still firmish. Fry onion until soft, add spices and cook for a minute or two. Dice potatoes into small bits and add them and the peas to the onion mix. Leave to cool. Lay out the pastry sheets and cut each one into 4 rectangles. Fill 4 of the rectangles with potato mix, brush round the edges with egg/milk/water and lay the other four pieces on top. Seal, brush with egg/milk, transfer to non stick baking tray and bake at 180 for about 1/2 an hour until puffed and golden and delicious.

Similar with ordinary potatoes. My kids LOVE these. I really like these.
