Make a salad dressing? One part vinegar to three parts ex. v. olive oil, a little dijon mustard, a little salt & pepper, a drop of maple syrup.

Roast some tomatoes, ginger and garlic with it, to have on toast or pasta.

Simple salad of (raw) spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic and sesame oil. Delish!

I had this too for a week when I was pregnant. I had roasted vegetables and cous cous with it added at the end, noodles and tofu, mixed bean salad, used it as a salad dressing, dipped bread in it - can't think of what else now! I couldn't touch he stuff after a week of overkill though. Shame it's not the same with chocolate!

My sister marinates chicken in it too - I've not tried it though because I'm vegetarian - but it seems popular with the family.

Agree with Obama, but I would crush half clove of garlic and add to balsamic and oil. V tasty with crusty ciabatta.
