Gene Kelly Abused

Have just seen part of a hideous trailer on TCM where the famous Singin' in the Rain sequence has been edited so Gene Kelly is break dancing (or whatever its called these days). Made me feel ill so couldn't watch all of it. Anyone else seen it?

Isn't it an ad for the vw golf or something - I thought it was great! Really not to be compared to the original though!

Sorry Davros, I saw this last night and thought it very good.

Although, tbh, anything with Gene Kelly in at all is okay by me. Now there was a man.

Oooh, I felt violated just by the tiny bit I saw! But Gene Kelly is a god, even though he made quite a few crap films e.g. The Pirate, but I'd still watch anything with him in, except this ad of course!
Saw Casablanca with colour added once and thought would also feel violated but it was great, forgot about it after the first 10 seconds!
