Film Club 2020

Hi all

I’ve name changed for this, just because I’ve spoken to family and friends about this in real life and would prefer it if they didn’t link to my old posts.

To help broaden my film viewing horizons, I’m starting a film club.

The plan is to watch one new film a month (or more frequently if people wish). The film will be randomly generated from a list of Academy Award nominees and winners for ‘Best Picture’.

For ease and accessibility, it the film isn’t available on one of the major online streaming services or ‘on demand’, we will re-soon the wheel and a new film will be picked.

At the end of the month, or whenever people have watched it, there can be a bit of a discussion post about it too.

If anyone else would like to join, just let me know and I’ll generate January’s film.

Er, ok. It's about time I watched some films. Yesterday I watched Toy Story 3 for the first time, but I suspect you don't mean that kind of film. I didn't get to the end of it anyway, because DS fell asleep!

Are we still on for this? The dust has settled enough after Christmas for me to start thinking about watching films. I'm enjoying The Christine Keeler Story as well though.
