Best film I have seen ages. Not an easy watch.

I watched it by chance, just something random I found on IPlayer, absolutely brilliant! My son is studying GCSE Media Studies and the action who plays Daniel came into talk to them about it ad thr film is one of the pieces they are studying.

I've had it on DVD for ages but only watched it for the first time a couple of days ago, with DD.

I cried.

Sadly the people who should watch it wouldn't recognise this is a very real thing that too many people are living through and would treat it as pure fiction or extreme exaggeration.

My husband really struggled to believe this is how people are treated...however, having been an advocate for my mother for many years I've had to fight the system for her so at no point did I think they over egged the problems with the system. For people like my mother who don't have a stubborn but articulate person to help them they fall between the cracks and no one with the right clout seems to care.

It was an amazing film. So heart wrenching and unbelievably sad. So well done

I love Ken Loach. I've loved everything I've ever seen by him but I just can't bring myself to watch this
