I've only just seen this and it is seriously awesome!!

I loved it & now I'm crushing on Idina Menzel. I've Googled everything & on the verge of booking Wicked (yes I know she isn't in it any more but I want to see it now). And Veronica Mars's voice is amazing.

I have two boys and thought I'd have to settle for boy films but they love this and I love this and we've been singing & dancing since Sunday!!! Oh the joy...

Love is an open doooooooor!!

I love it too!
We listen to all the songs in the car, dance to them at home. I have 1 DD and 2 DSes and they all love it.
The snowman song makes me smile every time I hear it :)

Yes, we love Olaf too. Mine are still small & they have to shout 'You'll melt!!!!' every time :)

Also, my 3 yo's favourite is Krist-on - it's too cute.

Ahem.

And the 3 year old is obsessed with the monster (wonder why?!) he makes me play the attack music loudly in the car as we drive around :-)

Willemijn Verkaik is the current Elphaba on the West End. She also recorded the German version of Frozen & she beats Idina hands down.

Well worth seeing.

Idinas voice is very distinctive but everything she does sounds the same. she suits those characters (Elphaba & Elsa are very similar types & ) but I prefer actresses like Wilemijn or Kerry Ellis. Also saw Nikki Davis Jones on tour after previously seeing her in Rent. She was great too

I was reading a previous thread about this film ... people wondering how Elsa suddenly learnt how to use her powers with no practice whatsoever and whether they really would have 5000 salad plates, but I have lost the thread.
What I keep wondering is: Was Prince Hans really bad all through or was he a basically good egg (viz handing out warm clothes to the town folk after the Great Freeze) who just got carried away by the chance to have a place of his own after being tortured for years by his 12 older brothers?

ALL the children I know love it. DS (8) and DD (5) and all their friends of all ages love it. I've had 'Let it Go' in my head all morning. Fab film. Apparently they are making a stage show.

Wicked is wicked. DH and the kids and I have all seen it and loved it.

I think I'm the only person in the world who didn't like this film!
