Fast800 tip tips - beginner

Hi I'm about to start the Fast800 and wondered if anyone had any top tips to share? I've been following some of the threads and drinking A LOT of water seems to be the top tip grin. I've been doing couch25k (week 9 now) and frankly I'm always very hungry on the days I do it so I am a little worried about the days I exercise so if anyone had any useful pointers to curb any cravings or generally cope better on exercise days on Fast800 I'd love to hear them! Exercise early on if you can, I try and do it before I break my fast. Join the thread on here, have a look on insta for food inspo as that helps me. I also found a good facebook group.

I try and make sure I always have food in that I can eat and roughly plan two meals per day.

Yes, water is good, urine and exhaling is how the fat goes!
