BSD Brain fog. When will it clear?

People who have had success with BSD. How quickly did you start to feel better? I feel like absolute cr** with exhaustion and brain fog on the diet and keep giving up and binging on carbs within a few days. I realise this is exactly the opposite of what I should be doing. Maybe if enough people said they felt magically better/easier at day 4/5/6/7 then I'd have a closer goal to reach for.

When did the fog start to clear for you?

I had a headache, couldnt concentrate and felt really dehydrated for the first 4 or 5 days but was made easier to deal with when I noticed my face appeared thinner on day 3.
On the second week my legs felt weak climbing stairs. Now week 4 and I'm over it, haven't got the energised feelings other mention though...
