porridge made with water or dairy free milk. Sweetened dairy free milk is quite nice as it negates the need for sugar/honey/fruit etc.
eggs
salad
soup
quorn wafer ham style slices to top salad etc. I imagine maybe other real meat slices might be similar? I find it very handy to be able to get a slice of something out and know how many calories are in it - it saves me having to loiter in the kitchen for too long!
If things have been dire and my sweet tooth won't let up, I've been known to have a number of skittles if I've got the calories left at the end of the day, it perks me up no end.

I eat one evening meal and as I've saved up calories it's not hard to find something. Yesterday I had a schezuan prawn noodle soup, FD previous was Pasta with a courgette sauce, before that spinach dal with rice. I tend to cut back on my starch and meat/cheese portions and leave out the oil and it's fine. Loads of ideas and recipes on this site.

My standard is a jacket potato (from frozen, can't bear to wait more than five m8ns for my meal) with cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes and cucumber. Miso soup for lunch.

Start with water before anything in the morning and eat breakfast after 2 hours
