Week 1 zero weight loss...

I did 5:2 a while back and it worked well, then life took over and I fell off the wagon (and into buckets of cake).

Started again last week, stuck to it but lost nothing! I’m so disappointed. I stuck to fasting on Monday and Weds, NFD were fairly restrained (maybe too much so?).

Any thoughts? Tips? I’m gutted.

Were you careful about carbs as well as calories on the fast days?

When I started recently, I did 6 FDs with no weight loss, but then over the next couple of days (all NFDs) I then lost 2 pounds. Perhaps your body was holding on to water? I'm sure mine was. Did you carry on with 5:2 or have you given it up as a bad job? Perhaps go back to it for several weeks and then review.
