Just that really. Does anyone have a recipe they can share? Not a big cauli fan but I'm trying to expand my choices.

Not what you are asking but cauliflower is lovely with just some good cheddar grated on it.

I made it yesterday with cream and cheese melted together and poured over, more cheese on top and some sunflower seeds then browned.

This is the one from the recipe book. One of the best recipes I've tried.
