Cerazette Hell

I was on Cerazette (mini pill) for 13 years without a single period (it was bliss) before I come off it on our wedding day. I was pregnant within a month and didn't bleed even after coming off it. I went back on it when my son was 3 weeks old, he is now 18 months and there hasn't been more than a two week period where I haven't bled. . . . I am very OCD about cleanliness and although periods are natural and all that jazz I don't like them nor want them. Has anyone else had the same problem? Or can anyone suggest any other birth control which would stop or at least decrease periods?? Thanks in advance!

Another mini-pill or the mirena might help on the bleeding front. Hormones are funny things, you don't always get the reaction you exorcist you expect.

Try another progesterone only method. Mirena coil as suggested above, or maybe the implant.

I’m on progesterone only before and since having my DS. I bled for a while with it when starting it this time around. I read that it settles after 3 months and it did. Good luck

You could also try another brand of mini pill. I was on cerazette before having DS but now am taking just a basic version
