Advice and help please

I have been on the mini pill for the last 3 years and on Sunday I started getting cramps and on Monday I started with a really light out of the blue period. It's mostly been brown blood but it's now changed to light bleeding. Its first the "period" I've had in 3 years and the only thing that I can think that could've caused it was taking my pill a few hours late one day last week. Has this happened to anyone else it's annoying and I was enjoying the break from my periods.

Hi i was on the depo needle for two years then i got put on the mini pill on the 19th june i was on it for two sheets then i had bad pregnacy symptoms but neg test results the doc told me to stop it but my stomach is bloated/ hard since not long being on it ive got blue vains coming out on my boobs still got symptoms my stomach is bigger but done know what to think i need advice
