I have one daughter, who is 3. I don't intend having any more kids.
I got a copper coil inserted last December. I love it and the security it gives me. My periods have been seriously heave since the coil (change moon cup every 1-2 hours on day 1-3 kind of thing), but I was ok with this as a trade off. Got my period on Tuesday, longer than normal interval but I wasn't overly bothered, was never regular before the coil anyway. Nice light period so I thought things were settling down nicely.
Boy was I wrong. Clots. Lots of clots. Some were about 2-3cm long. It's a good thing I'm not squeamish. Anyway, I feel ok, not sick or woozy or anything, but is this normal? I mean, it is fascinating in a "wow look what my body can do" kind of way, but should I be worried?
