3 weeks late but neg preg test?

Hiya, I had a baby 13 months ago, periods returned after 2 months and have been regular every month on the 12th. No contraception used either. With having a new baby and my partners health scare we've not been intimate often but we would like another baby and have slept together twice about 6 weeks ago. Since then I was due my period on the 12th but it was a no show but all tests are negative. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks x
