Drama- lamda or trinity guildhall?

Advice needed please..my dd 6has been with stagecoach for 1.5 years and has fine very well. But I'm now looking to take her out as their main school is 3 hours and very expensive. I am considering between2 drama schools one that does Lamda and other trinity, I'm a bit confused as to the difference between both.

They each have different syllabus & both group, individual & duologue exams so it's difficult to say without knowing which ones.

My daughter does both LAMDA & Trinity individual acting exams & when I used to work for Stagecoach I used Trinity for groups & Lamda for individuals.
