Has anyone tried these sea sponge tampons and what do you think? The website sounds very convincing but as I've only just heard of them and can't find much mention of people using them, is it too good to be true??

I use them and I think they are good. Tanpons were very uncomfortable after the dcs and I couldn't get away with a mooncup. I think I have a bit of a prolapse. The only thing is I haven't worked out how to change them in a public toilet. If you search for jam sponge you might find more info.

I tried them and wasn't totally convinced. I found that they tended to leak on anything other than a light day (and I don't have particularly heavy periods). I've now got a mooncup which I find much better. They were very good for cycling though, more comfortable than the cup or washable towels.
