Brompton and childseats

Still on my mission to find the perfect way to transport my two.

I understand you can get a seat for one of these called the itchair - has anyone used one? would it be suitable for a two year old and a five year old and if yes how quickly can you adjust them.

Also is there any way to get a child seat on the back or easily clip a trailer bike on and off.

Thanks

Kafka

The ITCHAIR doesn't look to be adjustable it is just there and no back support so not sure if suitable for a 2yo.

Also not made by the manufacturers.

Bike load is 130kgs so not sure it would be good with 1 adult and 2 children on board.

The IT chair is highly recommended by the folk who write A to B magazine (lovely publication, do get it if you're interested in this sort of thing) but they got theirs when their son must have been 5 not 2, I'd say. My guess is it might be ok with a 2 year old, but you couldn't risk them even getting SLIGHTLY sleepy in it, which for me would rule it out.
What they have done now their son is older is adapt an old Brompton to make a trailer bike, which they clearly love.
Oh, and when he was wee, they did put a child seat on the back rack.

Another possibility, which we're working on (not with a Brompton, but with a messed about old Shopper, so a similar sort of riding position, headset etc.) is finding a way of mounting a Bobike mini on the front. Would only work for the 2 year old though.
