Eco way of getting rid of a wasps nest?

they are coming in the house as the nest is in the bathroom ventilation fan.

don't necessarily want to gas them - are there any other ways?

Gas the fuckers.

The species won't go extinct and do you want to get bitten in the arse by one whilst you're doing your business?

In theory you could smoke them out, but I don't know much about it.

We had them in the wall of our house. My dh used one of those aerosol wasp killers. It sprayed out some "killer foam". Certainly did the trick, though not at all eco friendly.

there isnt one. get a man to come and nuke them with toxic white powder spray.
