Baby's father telling people

Hello, I'm under 2 months pregnant and not sure if I'm progressing with the pregnancy yet as the baby's father and I are not in a relationship and it was unplanned. The baby's father and I have the same landlord and live in the same building, however he has been discussing the matter with my landlord and neighbours, my landlord has discussed it with other neighbours. I feel completely humiliated. Is this legal? Can he go around disclosing my pregnancy when he doesn't even support it and wants me to have a termination. He told the landlord as he wants to get out of the tenancy and not live near me due to this. I feel embarrassed and that my private medical information has been given out.

Unfortunately Yes he can. He is under no privacy or data protection laws like a Doctor etc.

Unfortunately yes, although completely immoral and I’d be furious.
