SAME OLD SAME OLD...

just coming on here to have a rant really....

I joined this company a year ago. My boss is so mean. I think she wakes up in the morning deciding if she is going to be nice or not. Some days she doesn't even bother to speak to me. The other day I heard her calling us "parasites". I was talking to another manager too and she tried to make me think that he had told everyone in the office stuff and when I said I hadn't she said it didn't matter as I was seen talking to him. Turns out he never said anything. The whole office hates her but shes good at her job......I'm TTC at the moment so nows not a good time to up and go but she's just so horrible.

My work is not under question but if she finds something sbout someone else, she will openly laugh about it with other people while that person is sitting there.

I want to complain about her but it wouldn't help. Shes already been told in the past.

Aside from feeding her plant orange juice and putting salt in her tea. I dont know what to do.
