Colleague is stealing.

What would you do? I work in a school kitchen and on a few occasions the head chef gives all the leftovers to one of the TA's. In return, the chef gets a lift home and the TA gets food. Now I know many people are struggling to put food on the able but surely this is wrong? I know for a fact that this TA regularly visits food banks (no shame in that ) but she's clearly misusing her position N school to get free food and the head chef could lose her job. She has previously given away food to her friends in the past. What would you do?
