I started a new role just under six months ago, going from a specialist firm to a large corporate but working in a small specialist team.
I really love the new role but it transpires that the larger business area that our team sits in has been trying to shut the team down for some time, an idea that is now apparently starting to gain some traction.
I'm so angry, having left a long-standing role to come here only to find that I will most likely soon lose my job.
I know that legally they can definitely do this but is there anything I can do to protect myself at this stage or do I need to simply suck it up and wait for the inevitable axe to fall?
