Small family business he used to be my big boss, sometimes pops into see how things are going.
I've been promoted a couple of times since his retirement, he has always asked how things are and been supportive and when he was still working took time out to explain things to me which helped me do what I do now.
Problem is a need a sounding board that gets the situation, involving the 'retired' CE is causing me internal debate
