Work related stressed signed off- seeing OH really scared they will send me bk to work..advice

I've been signed off for work related stress and this has also caused me fatigue syndrome. I'm really scared that they will send me back into work even GP has said im not fit to work.please can you help me as to what they will ask and what I need to say. Some background info: i have done everything i could for a year to resolve this matter aside from lodging grevience. the stress is soo bad that the fatigue aspect has just taken over my life. I previously had seen OH a number f years ago about another health matter- work suggested I refer myself and the OH person accused me of lying and said I was fit to work even though my GP disagreed

am a bit confused with the OH saying you are lying, why on earth would a professional say that?

Why haven't you lodged a grievance?

If you are not fit to work and signed off by your GP then as far as I am aware they cannot send you back.

You need to file a grievance though as I didn't and things escalated to the stage where I was really anxious and depressed. When things came to a head I explained it had been going on for ages and they were at a loss as to why I thought I had to handle things alone.

I haven't lodged a grevience because of the way it is flawed in our company. Various staff have lodged grevience in the past and failed because they are dealt with by the very people they are complaining against. Most who have lodged grevience a have ended up leaving the company that is how bad the process is.

Yes, the occupational health therapist was really unprofessional and having a go at me. At the time I was very sick and didn't have the the energy to fight against this and that my manager didn't like me because my face did not fit.
