when i changed area that I worked in - i was put under this wing of a woman Who I took over her previous job & cant stand however today she put me on the spot & asked me to write for the last three mnths how she has shown me so this will help her in getting the superviors job - I cant stand her and felt forced - I am willing to sign but not write stuff i dont have to. I can only make excuses for so long - it benifiting her in her role to get the supervisory role not me. she is constanly attached to her superviours hip and that gets my back up.

Do you want the supervisor's role? If so, you need to say you can't really support her in her application.

Regardless of whether you personally like her do you think she did a good in showing you how to do the role?
Be honest about that don't comment on your personal relationship.
Remember that others will be aware you don't like her and if it is obvious that she did do a good job, but you won't comment will be noticed by others.

I feel I have been forced in a corner I have been doing the job for 2 years.
I will tell her this week I will sign anything but I will not write a essay as she is doing it for her benifit not mine.

Is it not for your employers benefit to get the right person in the role?
