working hours and holiday entitlement

Hi
i work 15.5 hours a week, and was wondering what holidays i am entitled to and what bank holidays.
also what if any benefits im entitled to?

Do you work a short number of hours every day that your workplace is open, or on certain days a week? What Is the FTE leave allowance?

The legal minimum is 28 days per annum (pro rata) which the employer can take to include bank holidays if they so wish.
It very much depends on what your contract says so if bank hols are part of your leave you would be entitled to 4 weeks of your 15.5 hours plus 15.5/(standard full time hours)x8 bank holiday days off.
If your 15.5 hours regularly includes a Monday when most bank hols are you will be expected to make up the hours for those bank hols you are not entitled to or take it out of your annual leave.

Hi OP,

On 15.5 hours per week you are entitled to 87 hours holiday per year. Bank Hols are not relevent unless specifically referred to in your contract. As a general rule for varying hours etc, you can calculate holiday entitlement at 12% (rough guide) of total hours worked.

i work

4 hrs tue,7.75 hrs wed, 3.75hrs thurs

Im assuming the FTE allowance is the statutory amount, there is only one full timer and she is the manager.
