Can't get to the loo on time - pull up trousers

Wondering if you lovely people can help. My Dad is 86, reasonably OK, but had a few falls recently, his mobility has decreased, he's had funny turns (which we thought were TIAs but apparently not), mood swings, confusion etc etc. The consultant at the TIA clinic seems to think he might have Parkinson's, alongside some mild dementia, which does seem to fit some of his varied symptoms. Whether this is right or not, it seems as if my Dad's incontinence is here to stay. He has pads on prescription which he will sometimes use and sometimes refuse to use. He has lost some dexterity and struggles with fastenings, belts etc, which means that he can't get to the loo and get in position in time. I want to get him some pull up/down trousers (which aren't tracksuit bottoms - that's not his thing). Has anyone used the Adaptawear website or can make another suggestion?
Thank you.

Have you looked at cotton traders?

He might accept straight hem joggers or the fleece trousers (very cosy and sort, and dry easily when washed) or the side elastic in a not to tight size might work
