Just had a form in from Occupational Health can anyone help?

Hi, just been offered a fab job in a school. Occupational Health has sent me a questionaire but I'm concerned questions will be raised when I disclose I'm taking 20mg Fluoxetine a day? Does anyone know how occupational health stand on such an issue? Background: Sept 08 Feeling weepy and miserable and hadn't felt 100% for about a yr. For the last year feeling amazing and life has been fab!

don't worry limara. this should be treated confidential between you and the occupational health team. they may contact you to confirm that all is well and you report back jsut as you've said here. they may also remind you of how to access them if you need to but they will not disclose any info on that form to your new employer. they will then give the positive clearance for employment to the school.
