Contact admissions to find out if there is a school that will take the three older children together.
I think she would want them together than in three different schools?
Council admissions would be your best bet first and then it may be down to contacting individual schools.
Being home schooled won't affect anything.

Check websites for schools that are nearby. Their in-year admissions policies will be there. You can also call them to ask if they have places in the years you need. Contact the council as well, as they should be able to advise which schools have vacancies. The challenge is often finding one school with places in the right year groups for siblings. She may need to consider multiple schools to accommodate them all.

It’s actually quite easy and fast in most counties. Normally you can go online to the education section of the local council and fill in an ‘in year’ application. Ime they usually process these within 10-15 days and you can put down your school preference order. You can also ask the school directly as some schools run their own admissions or will be able to tell you whether the years you need have space.

Assuming the 4 yo is turning 5 by end Aug they will be in Reception year, if not they aren't due for school until Sept 2020.
The 5 yo will be Reception or y1.

Reception, y1 & y2 in England have Infant Class Size limit of 30 which is very hard to break.

The 10 yo will either be y5 or y6. If y6 she will also need to stick in a late application for Secondary school if not already applied.
