Hi Everyone,

My daughter did the 7+ at LEH and is calling back for a problem solving 2nd round. What should we expect?DoesIs it all the candidates who are calling back for the 2nd round? Is there any parents who done it last year and could give us some advice and if they are happy there after the first term?
In another note she is also on waiting list on Putney which seems to not be able to let us know when they will get back to us. Is anyone experienced it?
TIA for your wonderful input and help!

Encourage your dd to be herself, as she has passed the academic test they are now looking for dd with skills to work as part of a team etc. LEH need to fill a lot of seats at a time when 7plus is out of fashion in SW London due to the decline of pre-preps (although there will be lots of dd from a local girls pre-Prep at the interview sessions). Good luck and well done to your dd for getting this far, the waiting list at Putney will move when the other preps offer places in a couple of weeks eg Bute, Surbiton, Guildford High.

Poppyred25 thank you for your reply and input!
In the letter they said problème solving activity so I thought it was math problem solving and was confused as I thought 2nd round would be an interview to check soft skills. Or will we have a 3rd stage???
Did you experience LEH 7+?

I am not a parent but familiar with the process, this is the final stage and involves group work, possibly practice reading aloud from a book at home and then discussing the content. Schools always like dd who can look adults in the eye and speak confidently.
