Private schools in West Sussex for SEN

My dd (10) has recently been diagnosed with Dyscalculia, poor working memory and processing speed.
We will be moving to West Sussex from the U.S and looking for an independent school that will support her well. Or a state school with a good SEN dept - although getting a place will undoubtedly be tricky. Ideally around the Hayward's Heath area but we can be flexible. Any advice would be very appreciated!
