Turbo lister help - am I doing something wrong?

I'm trying to use turbo lister for the first time. I've created and saved 3 listings on turbo lister but now I can neither edit them nor upload them to ebay.

When I click the 'edit' button I get a message saying that I need to add the ebay uk site by going to Tools/seller options, but when I do that the ebay uk site is greyed out. When I click the 'upload' button nothing happens at all.

Can anyone help please? I was hoping to make a load of listings this afternoon.

I have emailed customer support, but based on previous experiences I am not holding my breath for their reply!

as well as being greyed out does it also have a tick in the box?

nope, it doesn't have a tick.

Hi - I had a similar problem when I first used it. I spent ages creating listings and then couldn't get it to upload....and realised I was in the 'demo/practise' bit. Oops . Is that a possibility?

try -

tools > check for program updates
then follow all the step by step bits.
