I brought a footmuff for my buggy last week, it arrived today and the fleece inside has been 'heated' (by tumble dryer, washing machine or left on rads for too long) so is very rough and wrinkly. I have emailed the seller but she said its in good condition and I can return it, but I will be £10 out of pocket for a £30 item if I return it. I hate complaining about goods and never had to do it since I joined ebay in 2003 but don't know what to do now, I can't afford to be £10 out of pocket but feel that I can't use the cosytoes in its present condition.
