I bought some fabric 6/07 and I contacted the seller 15/07 to let them know it hadn't arrived. I received a reply saying that it should have been with me by then, they didn't have another 2 metre length like I ordered - only 2 slightly shorter pieces which they could send. I ageed to this and was advised the replacement would be despatched last Friday 18/07. Earlier this week I received an E-mail reminding me to leave feedback for the sale. I replied to this stating I would just as soon as I had actually received the goods. Well, the post has been this morning and still no fabric. The seller has responded to my message this morning saying 'Yes the replacement has been despatched and should be with you soon'. Should I wait a bit longer, open a dispute or ask seller direct for a refund?
