give it time.
tell buyer to give it a bit longer and maybe check with her neighbours and local sorting office.
RM dont consider anything lost for 15 days.

If it doesn't turn up at all refund your buyer and then claim from RM

What monkeys said.
If you have proof of postage you have to wait 15 days first. IME the item usually turns up hours after you tell the buyer RM will want to wait 15 days first.
If no sign, go to RM website and somewhere on there is a form you can fill in or print off and send I think along with a copy of your proof.

i waited 2 weeks for package but either way you cant do anything untill 15 days so tell her to give it until then as there are still delys in packages

tell her you have proof of postage and you'll see if you can track package and just apologise and make it clear not your fault

I've bought something and seller (brilliant record) sent it iff three weeks ago...never arived here. Seller said she could enquire at PO only after a month which is fine by me. I say give it some more time, it's Christmas after all and the post can get a bit slow. i've had stuff take 2 months!!!
