Sellers fees

I recently received an email from eBay with a maximum £1 selling fees offer.
I was really pleased as I had several high value items to sell, so duly listed them.
Just have my monthly invoice and I’ve been charged full fees, so I phoned eBay and to their credit they refunded immediately.
Thought I would mention it just in case anyone else has been caught if it’s a glitch in their system.
I don’t normally check invoice for fees but this was so much it stood out.
