Buyer has cancelled sale but won't refund

Hi, looking for help with anything else I can do about this to get my money back immediately.
I bought something on eBay and paid straight away (PayPal). I wanted to speak to the company who's product it is for more information. I told the seller this and she told me not to contact the company as she's been in trouble before for selling their goods.
At this point I requested a refund. She then cancelled the sale and immediately resisted the item however won't process my PayPal refund! PayPal have escalated this but it's going to take weeks to get my money back through their process. I don't want to wait at all to get my money and this is theft, how can she get away with this? To me it feels like theft.

PayPal took less than 24 hours to resolve my dispute a few weeks ago, hopefully you'll have a similar experience. And report her to the brand!

You need to open a case on eBay aswell. Go to the purchased item, next to it is drop down menu. Select the appropriate tab

I would also contact the company like you originally planned as well, just for good measure. Spiteful I know but sounds like the seller should get in trouble again for the trouble they have caused you.

You need to open a case on eBay as well

There’s never any point in opening two cases.
