I sold some uniform trousers for £7. I sent them to an argos click and collect as buyer requested. She went on holiday and on her return the trousers had been sent back. She thought they would keep them longer- and I agree, a week isn't long enough. Anyway she has asked if I can resend them and she'll pay postage.
This means I have to
- remember which my Hermes shop hubby dropped off to, as apparently they return to the original parcel shop you dropped off to and we use a couple. That's fine I can check both..
-organise a PayPal payment to cover cost of reposting
-order a new parcel label and then go to drop off again
-hope this doesn't happen a second time
Really I just want the simplest solution that doesn't put me at a loss. What do you advise?
