Getting in touch with ebay

I have a request for return of payment outstanding, but as i signed in as a guest,the item doesnt appear on my list of purchases
The seller wont give me her address to return the wrong sized item
I have asked ebay to step in, and spoken on the phone to someone a few weeks ago,but heard nothing else,cant find a phone no now,anyone help

There isn’t a general numbe to call ebay.
