Hi
I don't know if I included international sellers on an item I sold. Do you know if I can send a small parcel box to Italy for less than £5.60? Weight is 2189g. How can I check? Thx

I really doubt you can send something that heavy for anything like that little. Have a look at parcel2go.com for a comparison of costs with different providers.

Is this an item you have already sold though? I ended up learning a fair amount about this yesterday. If you'd not listed international postage options in the listing then they should not have been able to pay until you invoice them with shipping costs. The exception appears to be if you are enrolled in the Global Shipping Program, in which case you only pay for the UK part of the postage anyway. If you had specified no international buyers then you are within your rights to cancel the sale on that basis (you need to select "problem with delivery address") and it will not count against you.

You need to go back and check what your listing specified and whether you are part of Global Shipping.

You can go on to the Royal Mail website and click on get a price, it will take you through options re country, weight size , what it's worth etc and tell you how much it would be. Did a quick price on there using the weight you put and it said it would have to go pareclforce worldwide because of the weight and the cheapest price was £34.44

If you go to your sold item and click on print postage eBay "should" child up with the options you offered on the listing.

Over 2kg and it’s going to be pricey with Royal Mail.

I use the Parcel Monkey website to compare courier prices if I’m sending and heavy or oversized packages.

PS are you enrolled in the ebay global shipping programme? If so you just send the parcel to their uk sorting office and they forward it overseas for you (charging the buyer for the extra postage directly)
