Sorry, I'm turning into a courier bore but am having massive problems with Senditnow.
I have twice tried to book a collection and each time it got as far as taking payment details before bombing out. After the second failed attempt I checked my email to find WorldPay have taken the payment twice.
Went to Senditnow help pages and followed the instructions re filling out the email help form to claim a refund. The tracking number on world pay is invalid because the collection wasn't booked and it won't let me send an email without the tracking number.
I cannot speak to a human at the company because each and every option is a recorded message.
How do I get my money back? And how do I book my collection - other companies are at least £10 more expensive!
