How long before reporting non paying bidder?

Hi guys, I had one auction ended on Saturday morning and one ended yesterday morning, both were for mobile phones and neither have been paid for yet. I am not sure what to do regarding non payment. I have emailed the Saturday winning bidder but not yesterday's yet. Any ideas? I am very new to selling

4 days - then you can close the dispute 4 days later and get your fees back. then you can relist.
