healthyish snacks to help stop binges?

Hi all, I have always had an unhealthy relationship with food. Food was quite restricted growing up due to finances so I'd often binge eat chocolate whenever I had the chance (and always in secret). This has continued into adult life only gotten worse as I don't have the finances issues so find I'm binging a lot more. This is the year we want to TTC so I want to get this binging under control. Like most of you, I have cycles of overly restricting my food and then inevitably bingeing.

I was thinking if I ate 3 proper meals a day and had 2 snacks a day it could help. What are some (semi) healthy snacks you eat that has helped you get the bingeing under control? I've got some chocolate coated rice cakes - thought it would give me a bit of a sugar boost, taste nice and not be as unhealthy as say a bar of chocolate or some cake. Not sure what else I can have though. Not a fan of nuts so that's out. Any ideas gratefully received :)

Grapes, carrot sticks, frozen fruit, you can eat a fair bit of these and not worry too much about calories etc. Something with protein is good to keep you full as well, so maybe boiled eggs or something like that? Hummus?

yy hard boiled eggs, do a few, keep them in the fridge. I am not averse to mashing a couple with salad cream, or with mayo and dried tarragon, spooned on to red pepper chunks.

Boiled eggs mashed in a cup with a wee bit of butter and salt - very comforting and delicious.

Def eat more protein to help with cravings. Treat self to nice mango cut up and the nice fruit packs expensive but might help a bit x
