STBXH has moved house

STBXH has apparently moved house, but has left no indication as to where he is now living, either with me, family or my solictor; he didn't use a solicitor. I know that he received notification of the Decree Nisi, and I'm shortly about to apply for the Decree Absolute.

I presume his notification about the Decree Absolute will go to his old address. Past experience tells me that he won't have organised a mail redirect, as he is probably trying to escape debt collectors. So can anyone tell me where I stand if, as it seems, he has no knowledge of the Decree Absolute? Thanks for your help.
