I've got a date for the final court hearing for the financial remedy. He didn't turn up or even acknowledge the court for the 1st hearing, we didn't even exchange forms 😡
I'm wanting my share of the house (it's been repossessed and the banks solicitors have the equity at the moment) and some of his NHS pension.
Does anyone know if the courts will already be looking into getting the details of his pension before we go back to court in July? He won't turn up and won't provide them the details so I'm thinking it's going to take a while before I know exactly what it is I'm going to be getting. I'm in massive debt due to him not paying maintenance and leaving me to support our 3 children.
I'm absolutely desperate to get this money so I can sort my finances and get the kids some clothes
Thanks
