Does anyone have any experience with what CMS are likely to say or do about an ex husband who is paying exactly £1 less to me than the amount specified by them in their letter?
I suspect he is trying to provoke me, but I haven't said anything yet.
His first payment was May, and the CMS figure for the first payment was £1 less than June onwards, but will Cms just say "oh it's only £11 per year, suck it up"
