Divorce advice please !

Hi hoping for some advice, my husband and I are separated, family home has been sold and majority of money came to me which I have spilt between our children into their savings account.

He is now asking that I come off the joint account, should I do this or wait till we divorce or does it not make any difference !?

Also I have mixed advice, I have no reason to stay married to him he was a cheating rat bag who has now moved in with his new lady but are there any reasons I should stay married ?
He has his own business which I wouldn't want anything from all I want is an agreement for what he pays In maintainance and a childcare plan to ensure he sees them and helps cover school holidays etc!
