I'm in an unhappy marriage - I'm sure I've not the easiest person but there is zero care and love for me from my dh. I think I'm left with a warped idea of what it is to be loved.
Anyhow, in honesty I would have got divorced a long time ago if it wasn't for the kids and the usual complications of life. I'm not sure I'm strong enough to get a divorce but another thing holding me back is I have no idea how you go about this, how to protect your children etc.
Any advice in the process would be gratefully received. I've tried to talk to my dh but only get anger

The first thing I took legal advice from a solicitor on was whether I would lose the children and they woudl live with their father (I would not have divorecd if I ran that risk). So first have a think about that - which of you works longest hours (I did), are they of an age to be able to choose eg 13 years + etc
