Approx costs of court

Sadly as predicted stbxh is being completely unreasonable in mediation and I think court will be our next stage.I appreciate it might be "how long is a piece of string" question but I would appreciate knowing what costs others have incurred in getting a judge to decide.

We have all the financial information - form Es completed etc and pensions info. I also imagine that stbxh would back down if he received indications from a judge of a settlement so perhaps no need for a full hearing.
I'm perhaps being naive but would it be a day in court (so barristers costs) plus the costs associated with preparing the case for court?
